Florida attorney Daniel B. Bubley is a partner in the Tampa law firm of Bubley & Bubley, P.A., where he concentrates his practice in the areas of sports law and marital and family law, including dissolution of marriage (divorce), parenting and timesharing issues, alimony/spousal support, child support, distribution of marital assets and debts, the preparation and review of prenuptial agreements, and post-decree litigation involving enforcement and modification of existing court orders.
Martin A. Bubley earned his law degree from the University of Illinois College of Law in 1985 and was admitted to practice in the state of Illinois in 1985, and the state of Florida the following year. He was later joined by his brother Daniel and formed the legal partnership of Bubley & Bubley, P.A. in 1992, which has now been serving Tampa clients in family law, estate planning and business law for more than 20 years. Martin focuses his legal practice in the areas of business transactions, estate planning and probate law.
Lexy Bubley is an associate at Bubley & Bubley, P. A., where she focuses on civil litigation, family law and estate planning. Lexy is a Tampa native, born and raised, she attended the University of South Florida, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in psychology and a minor in business. After graduation Lexy attended Western Michigan University Cooley Law School and received her Juris Doctor in April of 2020.
